These terms govern your use of Packhorse, a trip planning app operated by BAM LAB, LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Packhorse.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the app in a way that harms other users or our service.

What you can do

Packhorse is designed for personal trip planning and collaboration with your travel companions. You may:

• Create trips, itineraries, and travel plans
• Upload and store travel documents
• Collaborate with other users through shared groups
• Use search features to find places, accommodations, and points of interest

What you cannot do

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the app to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Packhorse, including trip plans, notes, documents, and photos. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.

Content you share to a group is visible to all members of that group. If you leave a group, content you contributed to that group may remain accessible to other group members.

Third-party services

Packhorse integrates with third-party services for features like place search, accommodation booking links, and flight information. When you use these features, the third party's own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.

Affiliate links and compensation

Some links in Packhorse — including links to accommodations, flights, experiences, travel insurance, eSIMs, and other travel products or services — are affiliate links. If you click one of these links and make a booking or purchase, BAM LAB, LLC may earn a commission from the third-party provider. This comes at no additional cost to you and does not affect the price you pay.

Any booking or purchase you make through an affiliate link is a transaction solely between you and the third-party provider, under that provider's own terms and conditions. Packhorse is not the merchant of record and is not a party to the transaction. Questions about payment, changes, cancellations, or refunds should be directed to the provider.

An affiliate link is not an endorsement, and we do not guarantee the quality, availability, pricing, safety, or suitability of any third-party product or service.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Packhorse available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Disclaimer

Packhorse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app reliable and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of third-party information like flight prices or accommodation details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
